Social Superstar Society is a social skill training program that tailored for children and parents. The program comprises five levels: level A for pre-schoolers (aged between 3 to 5 years), level B for young primary schoolers (aged between 6 to 8 years), level C for tweens (aged between 9 to 11 years), level D for teens (aged between 12 to 15 years), and level E for young adults-to-be (aged between 16 to 18 years). Social Superstar Society aims to help children developing adequate social skills, to strengthen self-confidence, to interact with peers appropriately, and to be a good friend. Some of the key areas and topics include: emotional regulation when struggling with big or overwhelming emotions, conversational skills, problem-solving, understanding other’s perspectives (empathy and open-minded), and parenting skills to assist ongoing learning for their child / children.
Music… Magic… Mind… aims to encourage children with self-expression and validation through rhythm and tunes. The program is tailored to provide opportunities for children to develop social skills, emotional regulation, attention and concentration, language and communication, as well as fine and gross motor skills, from positive experiences with different musical activities. This program is aimed at all levels and abilities, no previous training in music is required.
Kid’s Yoga & Mindfulness aims to strengthen the bond between children and parents whilst developing a balanced mental and physical well-being. Fun games, exciting yoga poses, and practical relaxation activities are to be expected. This program is aimed at all levels and abilities, no previous experience is required.
* For health and safety reasons, we encourage all participants to bring a yoga mat.
Groovy Parents aims to strengthen parent-child relationships and increase parents’ capacity in responding effectively to children’s behaviour by building skills and confidence. Groovy Parents focuses on a holistic approach to parenting with the emphasis upon parents’ core values, strengths, beliefs, and family dynamics. Some of the key areas and topics include: effective communication, human development, resilience, discipline, millennium parenting, goal setting, solution-finding, dealing with feelings, and self-care.
